Delivery Policy

All deliveries must be signed for. Small goods up to 2kg are despatched via Royal Mail 1st class recorded or Royal Mail Special next day delivery service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1 working day.  If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery the goods  will  be returned to the regional depot for your area, from where you will be responsible for arranging collection or possible redelivery. Peugeot Parts for Sale operate this policy to provide formal proof with respect to goods being despatched and safely received. Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified at the time the order is placed.  For customer convenience Peugeot Parts For  Sale allow customers to specify a different address for delivery at the time of order. For example a lot of customers specify that goods are to be delivered to their place of work or to a neighbour who they know will be available to accept delivery.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
Standard delivery charge for the UK is usually £10.00 per item up to 2kg, For an extra charge items can be despatched via Royal Mail Special next day delivery which is guaranteed before 9am the following working day, please contact us for a quote for this service.

Courier Delivery

Larger/heavier items will be despatched via a courier service, the price will be as stated in the item description. In all cases the delivery charge will be clear at the time of order. If there is good reason to deviate from standard arrangements then customers will be informed accordingly. Prices are inclusive of VAT. The delivery prices/arrangements exclude Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands and Channel Islands. For these areas please contact us to establish if delivery is possible and what extra charge would apply.

Please note if your order arrives damaged you must sign for it as damaged, as the courier will not accept liability otherwise.

European & International Delivery

We ship to Europe and Internationally, please register with us, if your country is not listed please contact us via email at or by using the “contact us” option, Import Tax, if applicable, is not the responsibility of Peugeot Parts For Sale.

Delivery by Date

If you require your order to be delivered on a particular day, please email us to arrange this, free of charge.


Surcharge Fees


Units being returned for the surcharge fee must be returned with all the original packaging i.e, the box, the packaging ring that provides support to the rear of unit & the bubble wrap padding on top, units returned without these will not be credited, the packaging is there to prevent damage in transit, please return the units to us as we supply them to you!

Surcharge fees, where applicable, will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the old unit, however units that have been taken apart and damaged as a result or units damaged due to diy/inexperienced removal and fitting or water damaged units or units that have been impregnated with oil based lubricants i.e spray grease, quick release oil “WD40” etc. will not be accepted for a surcharge refund.


Third Party Fees

Peugeotpartsforsale will not be responsible for any third party fees or labour charges inncurred. 

Returns Policy

It is extremely unusual for our customers to want to return any of the products that Peugeot Parts for Sale sell but in the unlikely event that they do this is our policy :-You have the right to cancel an order with us, prior to despatch however there will be an administration fee and credit/debit card processing fee charges to pay, specially ordered parts cannot be cancelled. 

You must contact us via email or telephone to notify us that you have an item to be returned within 7 days of delivery. If the item ordered is electronic/electric then it must not be opened and still be in our sealed box/packaging, as on arrival to you, If the packaging has been opened then no refund will be given, Please note, we do not sell items for diagnosis/testing purposes, Please make sure you are 100% certain that the part you order is the part that you require as any wrongly purchased items will not be accepted as returns and no refund will be given, All delivery cost’s are non refundable. We pride ourselves on being 100% accurate with providing you with the correct part you require, so long as you provide us with the correct relevant information which is usually the last 8 digits of your vehicles chassis number. If after 7 days and only by prior arrangement any items we agree to accept for a refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee aswell as the credit/debit card processing fee charges and the non refundable delivery charges.

The procedure for returning a faulty item is:-
You must contact us via email or telephone to notify us that you have an item to be returned within 7 days of delivery.  Items must be returned in all original packaging. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we can not accept liability for goods lost in transit to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will be reimbursed for this once the item has been tested and found to be faulty.

Genuine faulty items will only be exchanged once they have been returned to us, tested by our engineer and found to be faulty, upon which a replacement part will be dispatched.  Any returned items must have our anti tamper proof security stickers present. Items that have been damaged due to ill fitting will not be accepted as returns and an exchange will not be issued.

All of the faulty product must be sent back, including the labels and wrappers. No claim can be addressed by Peugeot Parts For Sale, if these are not provided.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
